We collect only what we need to respond to your enquiry and deliver your service: name, email, phone number, business name (if applicable), and property details, given via our enquiry form, phone or email. We do not run analytics tracking, advertising pixels or third-party marketing scripts.
To respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, deliver contracted services, invoice you, and keep the accounting records we're legally required to retain. We do not use your information for marketing unless you've specifically asked us to.
We do not sell personal information. Limited sharing occurs only with our staff and supervisors, our accountants, our hosting provider, and regulators or law enforcement where legally required.
Under POPIA you may ask what information we hold, request correction or deletion, object to processing, withdraw consent, or lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator. Email info@featherscleaners.co.za to exercise any of these rights.
