We get in touch. Usually by phone, because scoping a property over email takes four times as long.
We arrange a walkthrough. Someone comes and looks at the premises. We do not quote sight-unseen.
You get a written scope. Every task, its frequency, hours on site, who supervises, and what is included versus quoted separately.
You compare it properly. That document is what lets you judge our quote against anyone else's, and it is what you hold us to afterwards.

Most people find a five-minute phone call more useful than a form. We are happy either way.
